Do chiropractors give exercises?
Yes, First we focus on Passive care for the acute phase of treatment. Then work with Active Care. Exercises for strengthen and Stabilization. Then exercises for keeping your spine in great shape. Most people fail to get to that point of care due to shortfalls. Either their Insurance doesn't cover it. Or the pain is gone so the patient is to. I recommend that you get it fixed. That way you don't have pain and recurring problems that get worse and Degenerate into HOT LIGHTS, COLD STEEL. READ MORE
